In 2016, the mine had a significant mud rush into the pit and the underground and later that year a sink hole failure. In March 2017, rain caused a collapse in the west wall of the mine. We budget for about 200,000 tonnes of mud per year. When the rainfall increases, that number increases four or fivefold.
